Returns & Refund Policy

You do have the right to return products that don’t meet your satisfaction, however, we sell products such as personal items, underwear & socks and these can’t be returned upon opening, and we will only accept the return report within 24 hours from the time of receipt by the shipping representative

The customer shall bear the return shipping cost and we will only refund the product price excluded any shipping, handling, or fulfillment costs.
